Yes. CAS-TX is veteran-owned and 100% U.S.-based, headquartered in El Paso, Texas. All consulting, development and support is done in the United States by our own team, and client data stays on U.S. infrastructure unless you direct otherwise.
No. Most of our clients are owners and operators of businesses with 5 to 200 people. We explain everything in plain English and train your team on the tools they’ll actually use.
Assessments and audits are fixed-scope, fixed-price engagements quoted after a short discovery call. Training is priced per workshop. Custom builds are scoped against a measurable result and quoted as a project. Ongoing support runs as a monthly retainer. We’ll always tell you if the cheapest fix is a process change rather than AI.
It can be, with the right setup. We help you choose tools with business-grade data terms, set an acceptable-use policy, and configure guardrails so customer, employee, medical or financial data stays where it belongs. Where it matters, we host models and data on servers you control.
It depends on the task. We work with ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot and Google Gemini for everyday work, and with frontier-model APIs from Anthropic, OpenAI and Google for custom builds. We’re vendor-neutral and don’t take referral fees.
Training produces time savings the same week. Assessments and audits deliver a prioritized plan in two to three weeks. Custom builds typically show a working prototype within the first month and a measurable before-and-after within a quarter.
Yes. CAS-TX ships its own AI products for the trades, including BidLark (estimating), SiteScribe (voice-to-bill-of-materials), Peal (an AI phone system), CrewClock and CrewBooks. Several are open source, so you can inspect our work before hiring us.
