V-Map
Open SourceExplore U.S. election history, state by state and county by county.
V-Map brings U.S. election history from 2006–2026 into an interactive state and county map. Explore President, U.S. Senate, U.S. House and Governor returns alongside population and party vote totals, with links back to public election records and Census sources.
Changes are shown where the available contests and geography support a comparison. Missing returns, source quality flags and provisional results remain visible; 2026 coverage is incomplete and should not be read as a complete or certified national result.
The code is open source under MIT, with upstream election data and geographic datasets retaining their own licenses and attribution requirements. Open the map, inspect the repository, or contribute code, documentation and source-backed data corrections on GitHub.
